Wall Street doubts St. Joe

Using phrases such as " redneck riveria" and "swampland" and claiming that things are oversold,
overbuilt and overhyped wall street say St. Joe stock has fallen on hard times.

At least some admit that Old Joe has the staying power to make it through and that the new Aiport in Panama City is an important step on the path forward.

And we keep hearing the rumors of a major theme park coming to our area......
