New Orleans kick starts local Market

The real estate market is picking up around here in no small part, thanks to our friends from New Orleans who have decided to make 30A their new home.
I think many were waiting to see how the recovery effort looked before making a move.
Now we here that the Levee situation over in Nawlin's is not going to be as good as the feds had hoped by next hurricane season.
To those of you who have made that big decision to move to our area we say:
