What's a MLS?

An MLS is a Multiple Listing Service that all of us realtors use to list properties so that other agents see that it is for sale.

So how many different MLS systems are there around the country you ask ?

850 or so today. Not to long ago there were 1000 but some mls services are merging or getting bought out by other mls services.

One of these days there might be just be Three or four MLS systems left.....

Making buying and selling a home more efficient in this mobile Nation we live in.
