I just met Susan Wittenberg at her Art liquidation sale (paintings and such) which is going on all day at her home which is right behind the one story Green house (yes that green one) on Allen Loop just off 30A.

New Orleans kick starts local Market

The real estate market is picking up around here in no small part, thanks to our friends from New Orleans who have decided to make 30A their new home.
I think many were waiting to see how the recovery effort looked before making a move.
Now we here that the Levee situation over in Nawlin's is not going to be as good as the feds had hoped by next hurricane season.
To those of you who have made that big decision to move to our area we say:

We who live here know that 30A has always been Scenic.
The current news is that 30A may become a " Scenic Highway" in an official declaration.
The irony is that they will then have to put more signs along on the highway to tell us what we already know ; -)
